Why? Why would be needed another tag?  This tag is meant just give you
information that there are poles/cairns beside a path ... nothing else.
My intention is make it very simple actually as simple a possible.
I even saw these poles in northern Finland for navigating skiers and
snowmobiles ... poles there had a red cross on top for better visibility,
but this cross had nothing to do with marking.
All poles in that area had the same cross on top on all trails ... I don't
think it is needed to tag this cross.  Just poles is enough I think

These poles have nothing to do with marking a trails in symbols ... I would
say they are an additional safety feature on your way.
they are usually just plain wooden poles ... There are no colors, no signs
... I never saw them painted, but I can imagine they can be for better
longevity and visibility.
