[Tagging] Clothes Line Dryer

Hi,

There is a small number of amenity=clothes_dryer with wiki pages... 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dclothes_dryer

To me a 'clothes dryer' is a mechanical machine that drys clothes - see 
'tumble dryer - wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clothes_dryer.

What is shown on OSM wiki to me is a 'clothes line' see 
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clothes_line.

Should this be changed ... as that would better indicate what is being 
tagged?

Note the source is the Russian community. But I'd like to have feedback 
here before any thoughts there.
