[Tagging] boundary=border_zone

Hello,

The Korean DMZ seems to use military=cordon:

This tag isn't anywhere on the wiki but it seems apt in my opinion (at
least in cases where people are prevented from entering the area by the
military)

I don't see why this would be incompatible with boundary=border_zone
though. I, therefore, suggest that the proposal mention that they are not
mutually exclusive tags and that in applicable cases (such as the Korean
DMZ), the border zone should be tagged with, boundary=border_zone,
landuse=military, and miliary=cordon
