[Tagging] Rehabilitate payment:cards=yes?

Well, in some regions at least basically everyone decided the same.

In Poland there are basically two states

- cash only
- cash and cards from Mastercard/Visa duopoly are accepted

Maybe there are some rare exceptions, maybe some places accept also
other cards but do not advertise it.

But from my experience, in Poland anything more detailed than
payment:cards=yes appears to be pointless to me.

(I may be wrong even for Poland and have no idea about other places,
that is why I started this thread)
