ID tries somewhat to show defaults where they can be confusing 
today. Which is nice.

Personally I would argue that if a default like allowing a motor 
vehicle on a highway is unclear, then the tooling needs to be 
fixed.
For the simple reason that there are simply too many tags and 
adding all will actually make things worse by not recognizing the 
trees from the forest anymore.

I'm not entirely sure what interface you are looking at. Where is 
the confusion being created? During editing? Which editor?
