[Tagging] I am reverting an edit to the "Names" page on the Wiki

Hi Frederik and Bgo,

I have updated the Names page to reflect situations where 
transliteration should be avoided (in line with the previous version of 
the page) and situations where language scripts such as Punjabi apply. 
I've tried to reflect the previous consensus while allowing for those 
edge cases.
