[Tagging] I am reverting an edit to the "Names" page on the Wiki -- where to discuss that topic

Discussion on talk page is fine for very specific details about that one
page. Not so much for open discussion of a mapping topic.
A forum is best for open discussion, while keeping subjects separated and
organised.
Any discussion should preferably get some kind of wrap-up at the end.
