[Tagging] Difference between man_made=mineshaft (disused=yes) and historic=mine_shaft?

As (almost) all mine shafts are man_made (otherwise it's a cave, but 
these are sometimes mined out as well), should we change the wiki to 
push towards man_made=mineshaft instead of historic?

I added the following change 
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Tag%3Ahistoric%3Dmine_shaft&type=revision&diff=2379417&oldid=2098022> 
to historic=mine_shaft. Which means that all but very few mine shafts 
should be man_made=mineshaft from now on. I will not do a mass edit, but 
as I know my way around mines of Northwestern Europe, so I changed most 
in Belgium and the Netherlands (and Sardinia) to man_made=mineshaft 
(with the disused or razed as they had, unless I knew better).
