[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Deprecated embassy=embassy

Usually when a tag is deprecated, a new tagging method is approved to
replace it.

Are you proposing to approve the tag "embassy=yes" as the proper
replacement for "embassy=embassy" in most cases?

The page for "embassy=yes" says "Bears a sign labeling it as an embassy and
is headed by an ambassador"

It appears there are a number of different options: embassy=branch_embassy,
embassy=delegation, etc

Perhaps you meant to propose that "embassy=embassy" should be re-tagged to
one of the more specific options under Key:embassy?
