[Tagging] compressed_air=yes / no - adding to amenity=fuel

As OSM is a spatial database, my strong preference would be a spatial
relationship, i.e. map a compressed air machine as a point/polygon
sat within the boundary of a petrol station. Search within the petrol
station boundary for related objects. No relation specified. No separate
object defined as an attribute of a parent object. No separate object
indicated as being separate as an attribute of a parent object..... IMHO,
sidewalk=separate was a bit of a kludge to accommodate 2 widespread and
fundamental mapping styles and shouldn't be perpetuated lightly.
