It appears to me that this separation into smaller parts is also
occurring in other OSM features;
universities - faculties/departments/*
hospitals - wards/units/*
In the future it may well occur in offices, factories, warehouses... Of
course I may have missed this already occurring elsewhere.
It would be good to have a common method of dividing the present OSM
key, what ever they maybe, into smaller bits. The values of the smaller
bits could be free text.. at least at this stage.
