What is the difference between "it is not recommended to use this tag any more" and
"this tag is deprecated"? I consider this as having the same meaning and use the second
one as it is easier to type.
("this is an old-fashioned tag" applies also to widely used tags that should continue to be
used so it is quite different)
Also, which parts of OSM tagging exist as a formal concept?
