[Tagging] Small fountain

Very common type of fountain in many parts of Europe, most are not historic
en not specifically meant for animals. Just water sources for any use.
In Nederland, they are uncommon, which is a shame.
In Switzerland, water from a nozzle or tap is drinking water unless a sign
says it's not. In other countries, I don't know the regulations.
