[Tagging] Small fountain

[António Madeira]

In Portugal, there are many places like this, which were commonly used
by people and animals and were usually located outside the rural
centres, that's why they're not so ornamented and have a more practical
design.
If people also use this to human consumption, I would definitely tag it
as a fountain.
