[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - crossing:markings

I am strongly against any changes using mass deprecations for very
practical reasons:
I am a regular mapper of cycling related aspects.
Already now, when I try to save a change set the editor (JOSM) very often
warns me about many deprecated map features present in the data. Please do
not introduce more.
I am reasonably happy to correct real errors that happen to show up, but I
am unhappy to correct also mapping that was formally correct when inserted
in the map, but that has been declared obsolete because someone has come up
with a different way to map the same thing just because it fits better in
some kind of new mapping scheme.
