[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - net for sports pitches

Something that just occurred to me:

I think it would make sense to default to net=yes for pitches within a 
leisure=sports_centre
because within a sports centre nets are usually provided.

So the semantics would be:

* if net is undefined for a pitch outside of a sports_centre, it is unknown
* if net is undefined for a pitch inside of a sports_centre, it is 
assumed to be yes
* if net is defined, then it is whatever value it's defined as (yes or no)

What do you think about that?
