[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - information=qr_code

With "standalone", I meant that they are not QR codes on a larger
information sign which probably exists, too. They refer to the building
or memorial, just like a plaque would, but they're not a plaque, just a
sticker. Would you prefer "information=sticker" + "qr_code=yes"?
