if it's only a sticker : man_made=sticker or man_made= sign

but imho, that's not the main goal of this proposal and maybe better
to have one proposal for "how to map a sticker" and "how to enter that 
something have a qr code on it" in order to have a generic schema/tag 
and not specific for a sticker

enter the content of the qr code as you normally would (url=*
website=* email=* phone=* inscription:en=* [1] according to the content)

if you want to enter that the encoding of the url is a qr_code,
url:encoding=qr_code (and if someone want to enter other encoding,
feel free to do it)

and if you are unable/unwilling to understand/decode the content of the 
qr code, well it's the same as you are unable/unwilling to understand 
the content of a sign in any other encoding/language
