while this could work in theory, it feels strange compared to how we map similar objects (in tourism or historic tagging space). 
IMHO it doesn’t really matter whether the QR code is on a sticker or a sign or a plaque or some other similar support.

The interesting information (at best) is what is encoded in the QR. Physical details like the kind of support, the colors, the reflectiveness of the support, the QR code standard, etc. are all details I would personally omit
