Thank you, marc_marc.  This is an excellent de-unraveling / unsnarling of this, to the more-public mail-list.  Maybe you and Zeke can tease things apart from here, though I certainly do not discourage further, other-sourced discussion.  (That is, I encourage one-on-one email or whatever is OK local/preferred, to be established).

More-subtle aspects like those that might be suggested by the tag-list at large, well, let's hear them, if any.

Ambiguities might not always be resolved here, but it is an excellent location to "lodge" them.

Tough tag, access=*.  We could use a bit "sharpening up" of its focus.
