[Tagging] Tag: playability

I think such a tag makes sense but having so many values seems excessive 
(excellent, good, intermediate, bad, very_bad, horrible, very_horrible, 
unplayable), I'd limit it to just (excellent, good, intermediate, bad).

And I'd argue that unplayable pitches shouldn't be mapped as 
leisure=pitch anyway but rather abandoned:leisure=pitch.[1]
