I don't have an overview either. Just look around in the Wiki. Look at what
Taginfo is already using. I am not going to do all the work for you. :-)

If you have say a macro {{Keyword|Bundesstraße}} on the Tag:highway=primary wiki
page, that could mean that the tag highway=primary should be found if somebody
searches for "Bundesstraße".
And you know that DE:Key=amenity page is a (very rough) translation of
Key=amenity page.

Please don't. You'd just generate huge amounts of wiki pages and create a big
mess.
