Ok; but there should also be a language code. I studied the Simple
Knowledge Organization System (SKOS) - a thesaurus/semanic net format.

Borrowing from there we could use a macro like this
{{AlternateTerm|DE:Bundesstraße}}.

The underlying assumption here is, that the wiki page (here:
Tag:highway=primary page) which contains this macro is the preferred
(english) term. I hope this becomes clear to everyone.
