[talk-au] rendering times for NSW maps

strange as the Osmrender seems to be updated but not the Mapnik layer
eg: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=-33.2836&lon=149.1184&zoom=14&layers=B0F
Note the rail lines in Osmrender layer etc..
