That's why I don't sweat the whole designated/yes thing. All we're 
essentially mapping is whether or not the signage/marking is present 
[1]. Doesn't make any difference as to the quality of the cycle 
facilities or how you're supposed to use them.


[1] Obviously if your thing is street signs then maybe you'd care.
