[talk-au] Vicmap Lite - Public Land (Parks and Reserves) not working

The JOSM map imagery for Vicmap Lite - Public Land (Parks and Reserves) 
is generating errors and not loading.


I have been trying to repair damage done by a new mapper to things 
sourced from this imagery.

Unfortunately the reversion is not repairing the damage on selected 
ways. Reverting it all .. well there are a lot of changesets and it 
would take some time.

Easiest is to rested the boundaries back to the imagery.
