[talk-au] Wide-ranging changeset that merges tags from addresses, shops and buildings

Hi,
I have reverted one changeset - in Yemen. It deleted 3 buildings - still 
there according to the imagery .. as well as inappropriately combing 
things. I selected it to review as it was a small change and in an area 
where few may notice.

I await any response from the contributor.
