[OSM-talk-be] Straten met 2 namen

I think we have a rather good solution, but it should be documented and
announced to the world. This will allow tool developers to pick up and
implement it. At this moment the tags (name:right & name:left) is unknown,
at least the combination with name. Nominatim does not support it, no one
will find the street (see
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim/Development_overview)

Same for the solution with associatedStreet. It's fine in theory, but no
software is using it as we would like to. Nominatim only uses it to locate
a street segment and takes the name from there. It does not read the tags
from the relation.

So someone should start discussing it on the tagging-mailing list; and
start a proposal and hope it will be accepted. I have no idea whether this
problem also occurs in other countries (you'll learn about that by
discussing it on the tagging-mailing list).
