[OSM-talk-be] Straten met 2 namen

left/right has been approved already in 2009 for exactly this kind of
problem:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/right_left

Belgium is not the only country with streets having 2 or more names. I see
this subject appear on talk-fr every once in a while and on the wiki they
give an example in the UK.
