This was intentionally. Do we need addr:city there?

My personal opinion: yes, getting this from the boundaries is too
complicated and will fail often.

Also:

- Don't map too many addresses already :-) It could make things more
difficult when sending all our findings to the imports list.
- We really need concensus on the whole building vs node thing. I'm just in
favor of building because this is just the same conclusion they reached at
the NY import and they did a LOT of research into the matter.

I'm planning on this being the final iteration. After fixing the latest
issues with the script and updating the import description page I hope we
will be able to send things to the imports-list and we can finally start
using this data in a big way! :-)
