[OSM-talk-be] Wallonia hiking route schema

my apologies for using the word "rambling", due my limited knowledge of
English, I couldn't come up with a better word.

I first wanted to write a long answer, but eventually I decided to spend my
time in a more interesting way, by mapping lanes & turn:lanes
