referenced in the text.
(in the process, I also cleaned up

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Belgium/Archive with some
of the outdated content)

To do:
- NL and FR version of the text in the hackmd. Feel free to edit directly
in the hackmd, or in a tool of your choice. Whatever you do, please keep
the Markdown syntax intact
- the Beginner page can use a bit more content. Have a look at the
Discussion section for some loose ideas, and feel free to add more
- the Beginner page would be nice to have in FR and NL as well
