[OSM-talk-be] Missing windmills data ?

Hi Mathieu,

I made a little wiki page to coordinate the efforts:

I have some ideas for Flanders - and we were already contacted by someone
working at a company that might have data to contribute. In Wallonia
perhaps it makes sense to ask the municipalities? In that case, we should
definitely work on a standard mail and some basic instructions.
