[OSM-talk-be] Request for (French) translation help

Hallo Karel,

Indeed - translations can be tricky and it seems that schools are
especially prone to mistranslations. 'College' is a similar word that
has slightly different meanings in different languages.

This is also why there are definitions in the wiki so that it is clear
what is meant by a word. The historical confusion between kindergarten &
childcare is also why I included both in the educational theme, so that
they can be easily retagged.

Kind regars,
Pieter
