i'll process the oktoberfest land next.
I think the complete-NRN.osm file for the area is available. I'll look
for the link.
Also, i'm planning on making a gpx track file of the roads geometry
available with the package. (using gpsbabel) This way, it can help you
locally, to manually move your OSM (origional way) over to the
left/right to get a better accuracy.
but ALSO, download the local gps track data (from OSM) this will give
you a better average to work with.
