[Talk-ca] Tasking Manager Server

Hello,

The developpers of Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) have created a
community-work module "OSM Tasking
Manager<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Tasking_Manager>"
initialy built for the Humanitarian OSM
Team<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Humanitarian_OSM_Team>, but I
heard about the possibility of mounting another independant website
aside from Humanitarian OSM Team , or the publication of OSM Tasking
Manager's code (on Github or so...), to help local mappers groups mounting
their own Tasking Manager Server to manage their own tasks.

Does anyone knows if this code is available and where?
Or does anyone knows if another Tasking Manager Server has been created for
OSM contributors (aside from HOT) ?
