[Talk-ca] Revisiting exits with “names” in Ontario and Quebec

So far you haven't really given a good case for the change other than "I 
think this way."  If you think the Ontario and Quebec mappers are a 
clique then reread the emails in the list. It's rare that Pierre and I 
agree on everything.

If you have a case then state it but I've seen nothing other than you 
think it should be done in a different way.

I would remind you that in OSM the authority is the local mappers so you 
need to convince them with a reasonable arguments and I don't think your 
comment that we just need to reeducate people goes along way to 
convincing them to be onside with your ideas.
