[Talk-ca] First Nations reserve naming

I earlier mentioned boundary=protected_area + protect_class=24 as an historic artifact, and that I had some minor history in "easing into a transition" that these be "better" tagged boundary=aboriginal_lands. [1]

To be clear:  I (and I believe many others) prefer that these be tagged with boundary=aboriginal_lands (not using the protect_class key).

As for the other keys / tags that might be used, I am certain the Canada community in OSM can come to reasonable guidelines on best practices on how to do this.  Indeed, this could one day in the not-too-far future be seen as a "model project" for how this might be done for the whole of Earth — with the principles of more-local / indigenous peoples guiding, of course.
