[Talk-ca] Proposed new road classifications for Alberta (was:Alberta Highway 2 in Mountain View County)

of highways mostly complete. For trunk, I'll consider adding Highway 13A in
Camrose as well (as bypass of Highway 13 through downtown). Correcting my
previous message, I'll keep Wayne Gretzky as motorway as being within the
3.2 km (2 mi minimum) for "islands". Anyone agree?
