[Talk-GB] Changeset Reversal: ok, who broke Scotland?

Looking at the map around Inverness and in the Orkney Islandsit looks like the coastline's been broken: Inverness and Kirkwall are both flooded according to the map. This seems unlikely, even for rainy old Scotland. I don't have the nous to fix this one myself I'm afraid, and I think it's been that way for a while -- still struggling to find the changeset.
