https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/JoeanPlanck (a new user) has made
four unconstructive edits (three in London and one in New York) since
joining yesterday - adding large areas of water or buildings.

BCNorwich reverted the first edit with a very civil message, but they
have made more edits since which I (ecatmur) have just now reverted
(initially by deleting objects they added, but for a more complicated
changeset using JOSM reverter plugin).

Does anyone feel like sending a welcome message and/or keeping an eye
on them for any subsequent vandalism this week or next weekend?
