[Talk-GB] [talk-gb] No HGVs except for loading / access

Does anyone know if these limits also apply to HGVs only, or also to PSVs for example? Would that sign prohibit a coach weighing 12 tons? I am wondering whether maxweightrating:hgv=7.5 might be more accurate.
