I was just realising it would be better to put the max weight as the
default and the conditional as the exception so the max is understood
without having to parse conditions. If I've understood David's point it
should be maxweightrating:hgv=7.5 as you used. So that and maxweightrating:hgv:
conditional=none @ delivery
I don't know if you'll need a direction tag in there too, assuming it's a
two-way road.
