[Talk-GB] Post Box Last Collection Times

As SK53 has pointed out, it's been going on for years and is marked on the
post box by the letter D after the reference number. I only realised this
recently when wondering why the letter D now followed the reference number
on several post boxes.

Regarding OSM,  the collection times are present and should be still
mapped, but I think it's now important to make sure the letter D is
included as part of the reference number. I omitted the letter from the
several I recently surveyed, and this is a reminder for me to go back and
add a D.
