barrier=entrance is documented:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:barrier%3Dentrance so there's
precedent for barrier tags that don't prevent access except by width and
height.

barrier=arch is undocumented but has a few uses:
https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/barrier=arch
