[Talk-GB] Imagery offset at Banister House

At some point I am going to add all the solar panels on top of buildings at
Banister House (https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/546227680) though in
looking into this I noticed that many of the buildings have different
offsets with the Bing imagery and some of their traces need some tweaking.
When tracing in the panels should I adjust any of this and if so what
approach should I take?
