[Talk-GB] The Welsh for "Brighton"

Not essentially talk-gb here, but for Germany's official documents there's a whole list of country names that are to be used. And I'd say that name SHOULD be in name:de for every country, regardless whether German would be spoken there.

Then again, I can't differentiate if "Chambre du communes" is just a literal translation sourced in Wikipedia or if the French government would really refer to it by this french translation rather than House of Commons.

My point being: for place names such as countries and cities, I'd really only add another language's name if it's a) not identical with the local name and b) if a source of some capacity refers to the place only by that name.

Am I making any sense?
