[Talk-GB] Quarterly Project: Waste and Recycling

Hi, Jez.

I had a look at the OpenWasteMap, which is new to me. My local area (North
Wilts) seems to be missing key Household Recycling Centres. I wonder if
this could be a Mapillary task, to get them registered, then StreetComplete
to fill in the finer detail?
