[Talk-GB] Houses that belong to two seperate roads

Whilst looking at cases of this, I discovered there are thousands of street
names with commas in them in the database, almost always incorrect. Hence,
I've decided to create a MapRoulette
<https://maproulette.org/browse/projects/48011> task available here which
seeks to correct these, most of them being postcodes and substreets.
