[Talk-GB] TfL CID: Addition of ref:GB:tflcid

Hi there,
I’ve been mapping for a while but only recently joined the list.
I don’t have the full history but this seems a similar purpose to other UK IDs like the FHRS number and has the potentially to be quite useful for map users, as mentioned, on apps that integrate it https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Reference_values_in_the_United_Kingdom
Might it also prove useful for mappers (e.g. helping MapRoulette challenges have more context or similar)?
